I had a very good experience renting through this estate agent. On all the issues we had with the property they responded quickly, and on all the issues we had tended to side with us over the landlord. We found their assessment of the property before we moved in to be honest, acknowledging some of the deficiencies left by the previous tenant/landlord. Consequently, when we queried an issue raised concerning the refunding of our deposit, their response was balanced and they agreed to return the deposit in full. I was very pleased with the professionalism and service provided, having encountered problems with similar services previously, and would recommended this company.

I have had the most satisfactory support from Becky Eeles and her Redmayne Arnold and Harris colleagues. She has a positive, natural and professional approach to her role and as a first time renter at the age of 78 I feel completely at ease with the past two years. Broke the law by entering my property during COVID. Am in the process of legal recourse. Abbie is one of the rudest agents I have ever had the misfortune to meet. No regard for the tenant in terms of communication or manners. No remorse and the usual arrogant responses which seem standard looking at other Google reviews. Avoid this company like the plague. The 5* reviews are obviously fake. I’d pay more attention to the real ones!

If I could rate this agency with zero stars I would definitely do that. This is the worst estate agency we were renting a property ever from. I can agree with the comments about the unprofessional, arrogant and rude estate agent mentioned in the other comments below. We reported that to the line manager but nothing has changed. The agency wanted to deduct £200 from our deposit in terms of cleaning after moving out. We have left the property in much better condition than they handed it over to us. Luckily we had the photos after moving in and when we moved out, so we provided the evidence and opened the DPS dispute case against the agency which at the end resulted in refunding our deposit in full. My recommendation is to avoid this agency.

RAH always responded to emails promptly and all issues were addressed and dealt with in good time. Harriet our property manager was always very polite and I would highy recommend RAH to anyone looking to move to Cambridgeshire. We would rent with them again if we move back to the area.
