We have been very impressed with CPL. They've been very quick to respond to queries and have always sent contractors to deal with any issues really quickly. Everyone we've dealt with has been very polite and professional.

Bottom feeders of the rental world. We have the misfortune of living next to a HMO managed by this company in a formerly quiet residential street with other properties also managed by them. Successive noise complaints over several tenancies have been dismissed, and there have been attempts by several agents to throw us under the bus by lying about us to tenants about the issue rather than doing their job. This has resulted in to an increase in beligerant behaviour by the tenants. Our only respite is the 1/2 weeks a year between leases. I would imagine landlords love this service as there seems to be limited truthfulness and action from them, so I would imagine these consistent complaints never get passed on to the landlord.

I can only say good things about CPL. For the nearly 7 years that we rented a house under Rachael Ratcliffe's management, we have absolutely no issues. She has always been very responsive - all jobs were promptly repaired by a professional team of workers (particularly Simon, the plumber, he is really good!) and even the washing machine was readly exchanged by a new one once we had issues. Rachael has always been very friendly, polite, fair and professional, making sure everything was done properly and fairly. The check out from the house was really easy and again, professional. We were scared of this moment as it had been 7 years, but all fine! They recommended a good cleaning company, that isn't cheap, but did a very good job. Of course, we used their services as tenants, but I can imagine they'd be just as good for landladies/landlords as they were to us. Cambridge has a very bad reputation for horrible estate agencies, but CPL is not the case at all. I definitely recommend! My husband and I wish all the very best to Rachael and the team!
