Selling a property is a very stressful business so it really helps to find an estate agent that you can trust. All the dealings I had with Radcliffe and Rust including visits and the preparation of an energy report were pleasant, informative and positive. I found their website really easy to navigate, technically ahead of others I have explored and a pleasure to use. I have no hesitation recommending them.

2 stars is being generous; We had an appointment 5SEPT at 1pm. We arrived and nobody was present for the viewing so called the office to see where the agent was. Was informed she would be 10 minutes late. Fine we waited and upon her arrival she didn't even apologise or even say, "hello, my name is ----." Who knows. We completely understand traffic but that's why we left at a timely manner to ensure we were a few minutes early. She arrived at 13:20 so 20 minutes late for the appointment and couldn't even give an apology or proper introduction which we find rude and unprofessional. Thank you for the gentleman whom picked up the phone to let us know she would be late but whomever the female realtor was; she should have been a bit more considerate. A simple sorry for the wait or something and my name is ----. I'll be showing you the property. Unfortunately we weren't lucky and honestly have been put off by having another viewing.

I don't think I've ever had such a good relationship with a lettings agent! From start to finish these guys have been amazing, they've been so helpful and responsive to any issues we've raised. After renting a flat with them for 2 years they made the whole checking out process really simple and straight forward. I have had a number of nightmare experiences with private landlords and lettings agents over the years so it's certainly been refreshing to have dealt with these guys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

In the end we decided not to sell our house, but I was very impressed with Richard's communication and dedication- replying to my emails even late in the evening, checking up on whether there was anything else he could do to help. A really local touch, and the fees were very competitive too. Must be the reason I see so many R&R signs around my area in South Cambs!

An excellent caliber of people working for a personable and highly competent agency. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Managed and negotiated our purchase brilliantly, taking any pressure away by proactively communicating and treating me as a customer with respect and friendliness.
