Can I not give this zero?? went in and spoke to someone called Claire I think about letting my house.. it was like talking to a sulking teenager. None of my questions answered, a few grunts maybe... clearly more interested in who she was texting, no details taken not even a polite what's your name... do they not need this???? Went round the corner to another agent and within 5 mins I was made to feel valued. What a contrast.
Rented my house out via Farrell Heyworth and had fantastic service. Claire and Ben kept me updated and had fast responses. Nothing was an issue and were always happy to help. House back on the market promptly. Would highly recommend
Claire and the lettings team are an exceptional team to work with. They are thorough, helpful and efficient. I trust my properties to their management, and to coin a phrase, "They never make a drama out of a crisis." Lettings are made swiftly, when there are issues they offer a solution with zero fuss and I leave the running of my properties in their safe hands. On top of all of this, it is done with a pleasant smile!

I've rented my first property through farrell heyworth and can not fault anything, even through a lockdown, they're there to help!! All problems, solved. All enquiries, answered. Claire&Ben being the most helpful (for me) but all of the branch are Brill. Couldnt fault them despite the bad reviews I was told about previous to going through with it, so glad I didn't listen:)
The whole team at Farrell Heyworth have been amazing they really helped me to let my house at a time when I had a lot of other personal issues going on and I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them in the future
