We used Poole Townsend to sell our house earlier this year while we were overseas. They were very responsive to emails, kept us updated throughout the process and went out of their way to help us. The sales and legal team were very professional and efficient, ensuring that everything went smoothly. A couple of the staff went above and beyond what was expected to help us with some of the issues that we had during the sale during COVID and we were very grateful for that. We thoroughly recommend Poole Townsend.

When renting a property with Poole Townsend last year we had a neighbor who didn't like children. She would complain about my kids playing in the house or playing out in the street. (Almost Ages 3 + 4 spring/summer time) she would also complain things that were not true. I felt that uncomfortable with the neighbor my anxiety was bad, I could never look her in the eye and would hide in my house if she was out the front. To the point I was shouting at my children not to play or make a sound because I was afraid of the neighbor making another complaint. However I loved living there the school was great and we got to know most of the street. I told Poole about our neighbor on a number of occasions... But after everything they evicted us because of our hateful neighbor. We became homeless for 3 months! And Poole Townsend couldn't care less... As long as we paid our rent and leave a nice tidy house which we did, exactly the same as we moved in. I hope the new tenants don't have the same issues we had.

Whilst dealing with the staff at Poole Townsend I was always treated with respect and courtesy. I cannot speak highly enough of the girls that helped me through often difficult periods and details that I am not conversant with. I cannot praise them all highly enough. I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with Poole Townsend. My gratitude to you all Ladies.

I am completely disgusted with the service received from the Barrow Branch here! Numerous issues with my rental property for over a year now and they still aren’t resolved! False promise after false promise to contact me to get them resolved and never happens. Hound you if it’s something they need doing like an inspection or boiler servicing! However when it comes to fixing problems with your rental absolutely useless and repeatedly pass the buck onto the next colleague.
