Eric came out first time to sort both locks on doors and realised he didnt have a barrel for one of the more complicated locks on inner door. He still changed first lock which was straight forward. Showed us everything he was going to do and his price for all work was very good. He had to come back another day with new barrel for complicated lock. That lock proved to be a little bit of a nightmare with extra work needing doing.on bolt and catch but not to Eric. He did everything to ensure that the door was working and locking as it should and exceeded expectations. Tried to give him a little more money for extra work he had to do but he refused and said was happy with original quote price and give him that. Great guy and very experienced locksmith. Would recommend him to anyone in area.
I have used Eric twice and both times he's been fantastic. Turned up when he said he would. His prices are good too. Highly recommended.
Exceptionally good workmanship delivered by a man with obvious knowledge of his trade.
Offered to come out over the weekend if required even though I only phoned him on the Friday.
Explained to me why there was a problem and showed me how he was going to fix it .
Very reasonable cost.
