Fantastic . My cat was not well and they took him in right away. The treatment he received was great . I must thank Micky the vet who looked after him so well. Great Veterinary Practice.

Always looked after my pets. Managing well during the pandemic. Prices are clear and they spend time talking with you and answering questions. Compassionate caring staff.

Very helpful with my snake smokey, helping out with medication that I couldn't give properly at last minute. Thanks guys x

This is a very real review to whoever reads this. Very unhappy honestly. I'd registered my cat here before since we got him. He was 17. I took him in cause he was limping they took him in and I was initially told I couldn't take him home there was only two options some overnight hospital (I believe their sister vet in Maidenhead) or put him down. After questioning that I was able to take him home. The next day I cancelled the euthanasia appointment as I was unhappy and was told the sister place will ring me in the afternoon they didnt call me until 9.30pm which is not the afternoon. Monday as I am looking for a new vet somebody from the animal welfare people call up pretty much threatening us like we were being cruel to our baby we looked after for 17 years. Surely if we were cruel we wouldnt of taken him to Beeches initially! So if you decide to use another vet you'll have a cruelty case put against you. I emailed these guys saying I want to see the XRays and report I mean I paid £270 pretty much I think I should be allowed to see it. No reply to my email! VERY PROFESSIONAL guys! Anyway had the second vet and my boy was put down last week. The new vet said they were in contact with these guys. So I'm pretty sure they know the outcome of what happened after making such a strong case against an animal they are suppose to care for. Anyway they never rang us either to see how we were doing nor did their threatening "Animal Welfare" guy. They honestly don't seem to care. The vet we dealt with here was "Nikki B". Anyway to whoever reads this, please be careful bringing your beloved pet here. I don't want you anyone reading to end up in the situation we did especially with what I feel was uncaring professionalism which is just really out to make a ton of money over people and if you refuse to use them you'll have uncaring animal welfare people after you. That's the biggest joke. Over the years we had good service here maybe depends on your luck of which vet you bump into. But this was a disaster. Will never come here again in the future.

We have been customers for numerous years and the vets & nurses have always been outstanding. Empathetic to our feelings they are a cracking team, Highly recommended.
