I have a cat who is terminally sick. I am in need of advice and care, not to mention compassion and understanding. I received none from this practice. I had to beg for attention and was even told off for sending regular updates on his condition. Although the prognosis was that he had weeks, they did not bother ask if he was OK or even alive for four weeks after we last spoke. I complained and their answer was that they appreciate my concerns and wish me well with my new vet practice. Rude, passive aggressive, dismissive. Quite disturbing behaviour from your vets especially if you only want kindness and advice. So, if you want to be offended and neglected, go to them.
I have been with this vet practice since Sept 2003 and they are just brilliant. My cat is now 20+ years old with chronic kidney disease & a heart murmur. She recently had to have more dental surgery & was nervous of the anaesthetic & her health issues but, as usual, they were fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
They are great with your pets and look after them well
All staff very helpful and caring
