Called this clinic today, 23 October 2020. Receptionist was chewing gum while speaking to me. I wanted an appointment with a vet to discuss my pet's condition. I stressed I wanted a consultation and would pay for it. Receptionist said I needed to register my pet and even bring it for a check in order to speak to a vet. I insisted to speak to someone else. She put me on hold and got back to me 30 seconds later saying she asked one of the vets and they said what she had already told me. I find that very hard to believe. You will not say no to someone who is willing to pay you for a chat. Also, you need basic manners to speak to civilized paying clients when you are a receptionist. And I am sure she did not ask anybody anything as she wanted to get rid of me.
I said to her I would never use this practice. She said that was fine by her. I think that says enough.
