You are all so lovely and take such good care of my pets. When my dog went in for surgery, the customer care was really good - I got lots of update phone calls to let me know how he was going. Also when my rabbit passed away I got a card in the post from you and it was really touching. Feel lucky that I signed my pets up at such a lovely practice
