I came across this shop online when looking for someone who sold Engel organic baby clothing about a year ago. Since then I have ordered numerous things online, and anything I have bought has always been posted out in an extremely timely manner. Any communication I have had with them via email has been smooth. I haven't had to return anything so I can't speak to that but I would say that their selection is really nice and it has become one of my go to stores for organic fair trade baby clothes online.

Terrible customer service. If an online store has a problem with people return items, they should change there returns policy or review the way they conduct their business. Shopping online for childrens clothes is not easy, the items they sell are not cheap and I would have though it was obvious people would want to try out different sizes. If you want to make large orders and plan on returning items, do not bother shopping at Cambridge Baby as they will close your account without notifying you.
Staff were genuinely kind, helpful and insightful when I contacted them to ask about sizing. Replaced a (beautiful) pram-suit after I ordered the wrong size within a day. Exceptional customer service and fantastic quality clothing for my baby - hard to find elsewhere.
Outstanding customer service, a wonderful, hand-picked product range and plastic free packaging (individual products may come wrapped in plastic by the makers).
