Cold call on mobile professing to be in charge of my domain names and a new one had become available that may be of interest to me. Had my account details in front of him so this apparently proved who they were. Mentioned that these details were available through a quick internet search and that what they were offering was available elsewhere cheaper which he then rudely contested. Rude, aggressive liars.

NEVER deal with this company, they are cowboys who will try and hoodwink you into buying expensive domain names that you can purchase elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Unwilling to cooperate in any type of refund, even if if you discover that they are sharks 5 minutes after your purchase and try to cancel a transaction before any work has been done, they refuse to acknowledge any flexibility or normal consumer rights. They are extremely difficult and rude to deal with, will not listen to you and as soon as they have your money they will be done with you and not cooperate. We're off to the bank to claw back the money they ripped us off and register a complaint to trading standards. We never received any T&C's or written confirmation of the purchase or invoice.

Best avoided. Very Very expensive 'Premium Domains' and very expensive domain renewal fees. Want to transfer the domain away from them and they charge £50 + vat - - many companies offer this service for free, the usual price is £10 - £15. (source - their website). Website hosting at £100 p/a is towards the top end of the scale. At the time of writing a good part of their website is still showing as 'Under Construction' - not inspiring for a so-called web design firm. Watch out for their sales pitch - it sounds good until you look in details at what they offer. Buyer Beware!
