Bought my first property through Corrie & Co and to put it nicely I will not be buying a property nor selling a property through them again... they have been no help whatsoever.
I called for updates and always got told someone would call me back & nobody ever rang me back (the longest I waited for a call back was actually 10days) so when I chased them up they would simply say ‘sorry we forgot’ which is not good enough.
Came to the day of collecting my keys and I wasn’t exactly greeted with smiles. I walked in happy to be collecting the keys to my first house and i left quite down.
The estate agent that had been dealing with my purchase said they he knew nothing about me picking my keys up to which someone replied ‘ yes you do you’ve just got off the phone to the solicitors’.
He passed me over the keys and just said ‘there you go bye’
The service has been shocking from the agent and I would not recommend them at all.

Staff very friendly and helpful, but takes an age to get anything done
Very dishonest agency. Will attempt to keep deposits for illegal purposes. Currently in the process of legal action because of their dishonest and illegal intentions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I had absolutely rubbish experience. I went to view a property to buy but unfortunately there was no key available to enter the property and the agent apologised. I rescheduled the appointment again for another day same story again. Though the agent was polite but I felt the company did not care about my time.
