I bought a pair of boots and after a short time the started to leak. I got a replacement pair and the also started to leak after about 2 weeks. Wellies should be waterproof. Customer service was good and got back in touch with me promptly and gave me a full refund.

Great Wellies- keep the kids toes warm in the cold weather on walks across fields to school. One pair had a fault after 6 weeks but were replaced with no problem from the company and both pairs have now been wearing very well. Would thoroughly recommend as prompt and polite company with excellent product!

Wellies for kids that are warm and comfy - yep, they do exactly what it says on the label. Warm wellies that are very comfy and reasonably priced - thanks - love the fact the guy who designed them was a farmer - he will know what cold feet are like!
