don't go to this school, heard it's good

I am a Google reviewer and I travel around the UK to find good hotels and restaurants. I used to be a head chef at a leading chain of restaurants in the UK so I know what I am talking about. I know alot about business and how to run company which has turnt out to be a successful company which has over 300+ staff. And give them honest reviews and here are my findings. This school is nice and big children here have some respect and the teachers are good the school is big and the teachers that work here are a good friendly bunch.

They never listen to the students

There was one time last year when I got detention for my top button being undone I understand that but they didnt even give me a warning

I am just gonna say i currently go to this school. Yes people do complain about the ban on gum, this has been inforced so that the school doesnt have to pay 3000 pounds on cleaning it up, furthermore its disgusting. They are good at dealing with bullying, i get bullied there and they deal with it straight away. I have dealt with bullying since infants, and the academy are the only ones that have actually done something about it. They balance both sides to figure out what punishment is needed. I think the music department is great, lots of opportunities, like academy calling. The drama department is limited. year 11 are a small yeargroup of just over 90 students and my brother wanted to do gcse drama but couldn't because there wasnt enough people doing it. MOST teachers are nice. There are exceptions of course like a teacher whose name i am not gonna say, he wants my brother kicked out of the school, which is unprofessional. He punishes my brother for minor things and its stressing him out but thats only one of the teachers. All the ones i have help me engage in my work amd are usually nice and understanding. The work i recieve is most appropriate for my level, so no complaint there. A problem i have is the blazers, i dont like them. They are expensive as well(the school gave us ours). They should change the school uniform and change it to jumpers, which are half the price. They are very good on attendence too. So i give this school a 4 star.
