Male store assistant found it too much to smile or offer any customer service. I found a pair of shoes I liked but the ones on the shelf were dirty and scuffed so I asked him if he had any others. He bluntly replied no they are supposed to be like that... Despite none of the other sizes in the shelf having the same dirty scuff marks! I would have considered buying them anyway but his attitude made me decide to go somewhere else to spend my money.
Went in store today to get some white cavan shoes so I can paint them for a trip I'm taking. I couldn't see any on the shelves in my size as I have big feet so asked the lovely lass on the shop floor if they had any in a size 9.
She found them for me and even managed to talk me into getting two pairs for £8 as it would have worked out better for me so I got a black pair of shoes as well for work.
As I was paying for them I noticed the shoe care range in store and the lass (I think her name was shannon as that's what it says on the receipt) help me pick out the ones that would benifit me now and with my trip. I got the universal shoe protection spray to help minimise stains and aid with some water resistance and shoe deodorant as I work in a restaurant and I'm on my feet for 12 hours a day on some occasions.
Very well pleased and the lass was extremely helpful on my trip today.
