Went here to try and get my wedding ring designed- first time received a written quote after viewing a printed picture. I kept the written quote and was assured it could be made for that price. When it came to ordering the ring I was told a completely different price from my first visit then I presented the quote to which I was told would be honoured.I was told again to come back at a later date to order (2nd visit). The third visit was told to come back after the new year as the suppliers would be closed..which I did now on the 4th visit. After being fobbed now for the 4th time I was told to come back AGAIN closer to the date of my wedding as apparently the price of the metal had increased dramatically (which would make it a last minute order :-\). 5th visit now...went back to the shop asking them to order the ring but the manager wasn't there so had to wait for a phone call. Was contacted and was told they would not make the ring for the quoted price (would be an extra £200) or can do it in a cheaper metal for the quoted price because in other chosen metal the stones would fall out! So didn't stick to the quote, wasted my time traveling to and from the shop and messed about. TOOK MY BUISNESS ELSEWHERE in Kidderminster to a well known jewellers who I only had to visit TWICE for order and collection. Got exactly what I wanted without the excuses, wasting petrol and time. Admittedly I paid a little more but it was made in the chosen metal, same purity, same weight and with more diamonds and it's spot on! It was completed in only two weeks! Not going back there again and maybe as quoted 'we are the cheapest around' doesn't mean reliable or honest as prices seemed to fluctuate after every visit!
