NO stars at all. I have tried to contact them since beginning of March it is now 17 July 2020 . Booking ref 74017063. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. They do not return my calls or emails. I just want to transfer my booking until next year as the ship and the USA are both no go. They are also holding £11,000 of my money. The shipping company are happy with this but they too get no response from Cruise direct or Barrhead travel. If somebody bothers to read this why not telephone me.

Very good company to take the money, not good when cruise company goes bust covid 19 and ignore customer's. Simply not good enough wouldn't advise booking with these amateurs goes on to give a email that isn't working when on the telephone. #Bad #Avoid #Bust #ShutDown
