Lovely, friendly and professional staff. I would recommend Alexander Vets to anyone. We have 2 pets that have needed ongoing treatment for the past few months; the care, advice and treatment given has been excellent.

Lovely staff who care only about the animals. Helpful when it comes to money saving such as pet plan etc and what foods are best for our fur babies! I've had bad experiences with vets in the past but I've never left Alexander's feeling anything but grateful!

Alexander vetinary Centre feel that £640 is acceptable for 3 stitches in a dogs ear which another vet has confirmed weren't required and extremely over priced. BUT then to chase me for an extra £89 due to me cancelling a pet plan is absolutely madness. As you can see from this receipt they charged me £74 for a post op check which lasted 5 mins, it consisted of a vet lifting her ear and saying it had healed well and then giving her a vaccine which is what I'm currently trying to dispute as they have charged me an extra £45 on top for that. So in total that 5 min appointment has cost me £119 when a consultation fee is only £42. The customer service has been appaling, after an initial phone call where I disputed the payment and requested a call from the practice manager which I never received the next thing I heard was when they had sold my debt to a debt collection agency who are now threatening me with bailiffs and increased the debt to £140. The £640 balance was paid in full by the way this dispute is due to a pet health plan which i cancelled due to moving her to a different vets. The prices they charge are ridiculous. Just for comparison, to get a rabbit spayed the local vets charge: Dalton Vets- £75 per rabbit Grove - £135 per rabbit Alexander's- £280. AVOID! get far better service at a much lower price at other vets.

Very caring and professional. Our dog Riley was quite poorly recently and Ian looked after him so well. He made a full recovery
