I have sent off my dog's nose impression just a couple of weeks before she has died suddenly so it was extremely important to me that the impressions were fine so I have contacted them to ensure they were good to produce a key ring. The staff was really helpful and gave me updates when asked and the key ring came back beautifully made plus I got impressions back, so if I ever need to do a second copy at least I have them to use. Highly recommended
The heart was wonky on the band. I sent it back but they refused to straighten it as they couldnt guarantee it would be 100% straight. I didnt want it to be 100% straight I just wanted a wearable ring. No having to pay more to get it fixed by a jeweller.
