My spouse and I have been bringing our cats here since we moved to Cambridge five years ago. When our previous cat reached the end of her life, the care she received was excellent and kind, making a tough situation bearable. When we brought a new kitten into our home, we were pleased to return to the practice. The care is excellent. The recommendations are always clearly explained. We're always given an opportunity to ask questions. The cost has always been appropriate. Plus, in the pandemic era, they've adopted thorough safety pratices. I highly recommend Clarendon Street Veterinary Surgery.

The staff at the surgery are very compassionate and caring, the app is brilliant as I can message late at night outlining minor concerns, and receive a response first thing in the morning offering advice and appointment slots for that day. I never feel emotionally financially exploited, and the service I receive is clearly genuine, and of the highest standard.

Always an excellent experience bringing my dog to this vets. It is easy to get an appointment and I have received a lot of guidance especially when he was a puppy. All members of staff I have met have been professional and clearly care for the animals they treat.

A friendly, professional and flexible practice. I've been here twice with my slightly tricky to catch cat and they were incredibly accommodating with last minute appointments. They were friendly and sweet with her and reassuring with me. All staff wear full PPE, they only have one at a time in the waiting room and face coverings worn so it feels extremely safe, you can also wait outside if you prefer. They remembered my cat from one visit to the next and were very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Can't praise them enough. I will be coming here from now on with my cat even though it's a bit further than my old practice.
