only thing I would stay is I think as I pay monthly for two cats with the pet plan that for medication I shouldn't really be charge as not been for a year and because of lockdown couldn't get flee or worm treatments. Just a suggestion that for the lockdown period that we should get a refund as not using the service. Service has been excellent for their vacations. Their did their nails and flee treatment
