I had a treatment here yesterday, I spent over £60, and I was disappointed! It was raining when I arrived at the spa/salon very wet, I was offered a drink, so I asked for a cup of tea to warm up, didn't get it, the thearepist was busy on her phone! That's how my 'wellbeing' started! I think from what was supposed to be an hour luxury treatment, one of the most expensive facials on the menu too, the thearepist, was in the room with me about 20- 30 minutes! She asked which areas on my face were my main concern, and completely ignored me and not only that but no idea at all what happened to my neck and shoulder massage?! That was just a couple of the things that I was not happy with! I would not recommend this particular therapist! It was my first time here and last!

I treated myself to gel nails, pedicure with gel nails and an express facial all of which I enjoyed very much and can’t wait to go back again to enjoy other treatments. Thank you ladies
