Very poor. I ordered one of there Light Side Star Wars jackets for me son for Christmas, paid via PayPal, received an email saying order accepted and the next email i would get would be notification of shipping. My son was over the moon as he’d wanted one of these jackets since they had made the announcement. 4 days later I get an email from. PayPal saying my payment had been refunded, no explanation from Columbia UK themselves. I email customer services and told “sorry the website and warehouse stock levels aren’t in sync. My son was devastated. I’ll never buy from them again now and my only option now if I want to get him the jacket for Xmas is to pay £60-£100 more for one from a eBay Skalper
