Not the best customer service and dangerous. I went in to buy a fleece. The male sales assistant positioned himself within 1 metre of me and demanded "Are you alright?". I replied "Yes, I'm fine thanks, are you?". I was a bit taken aback by his proximity and tried to explain that I was smiling behind my face covering and they possibly couldn't see that. The Female assistant tried to calm the situation but the male assistant said that I hadn't been very nice and he could tell, despite the face covering. I challenged him politely to explain what he meant but he refused and turned his back on me, walking off. At this point I turned around and left the shop. I'm not a verbal punchbag for opinionated sales assistant s. I am a paying customer, only not of Mountain Warehouse any more.
Cheaper prices online but great staff welcoming shop. With a visit to try on stuff if unsure of size need

No problems. It's a shop. They had the boots I wanted in the size I needed, at a reduced price I was happy with and they served me promptly and politely. Not much more I can say.
Like all retail business.this shop is trying to keep going,not only doing battle with covid but also unfair competition from online .support your town centre shopping.if they go your choices go.
