Jules B is special not only because they sell beautiful clothes but because of the staff - they really are exceptional. They are helpful, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. It’s always a pleasure to shop there.
I shopped at Jules B for the first time today after I spotted the display of Superga trainers in your shop window. After browsing for a few minutes I was approached by Heather, who offered to get me some other sizes in the trainers that I wished to try on. Whilst I was trying on we chatted about my recent holiday to New York and recommendations for a trip to Brighton. I mentioned that it was my first time shopping in the store and Heather helpfully let me know that there was 20% off everything in the store today.
Heather then took me over to the till and asked if I wished to be added to your mailing list, to which I said yes - how could I not when the customer service had been so good!
Heather was so friendly and approachable, she made the shopping in your store a delight, so much so that I completely lost track of time! I hope that the manager knows what an asset Heather is to the team.
