This is husbands experience : Noel Perkins and his dental nurse Jane were amazing. At all times he's been calming, gentle and professional. I had implants and other procedures, all were pain free and I felt at ease. Everything is explained in lay mans terms and costs are crystal clear from outset. The entire practice is friendly , totally unlike any other dental establishment I've ever been to and well worth the long journey. Noel came highly recommended, and is the consummate professional, I'd have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

I have had dental treatment at Crossbank Dental Care and I am delighted with the treatment and results. The dentist, Noel Perkins and Nurse, Jane are fantastic. Each procedure was carefully explained first, so I was comfortable and did not experience any pain. I can highly recommend the practice, and all the friendly staff.

I have been with Crossbank Dental Care for several years now. My dentist, Noel Perkins, has carried out various treatments including crowns and an implant. At all times he has been very caring, gentle and professional. All of my treatment has been completely painless and I felt at ease throughout. I was kept fully informed of the process and costs of treatment at all times. I have now moved some distance away from Kendal but have stayed with Noel Perkins and Crossbank Dental Care as I know it would not be possible to find anywhere better. I would highly recommend Noel Perkins and all of the staff at Crossbank Dental Care.

I have been attending Crossbank Dental Surgery since it took over from the previous practice. I have had a lot of work done over the years including implants. I'm very happy with the way I have been looked after and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I have just completed 10 months treatment at Crossbank Dental Care for three implants and have nothing but praise for the professional staff at the practice. Absolutely a 5 star rating ! Neil Cooper and his staff were always courteous, polite and just simply nice. Mr Cooper is regarded as a leading dentist in this field and having been his patient it's so obvious why. I highly recommend this practice if you are considering having dental implants fitted. Each stage of treatment was explained and put in simple terms when required. All paperwork was clear and concise, with breakdown of expenditure in detail. The reception staff prompted each appointment via text message and where needed altered an appointment without fuss in a very courteous manner. The waiting room was always clean, tidy with refreshments and I'm now a fan of The Times newspaper!! An excellent read , shame they were too efficient at appointment times as I'd liked to have read more. In conclusion, a huge thank you to everyone associated with the practice. Each trip to Kendal was a 100 mile round trip from West Cumbria, but worth it from a scenic point of view as well as the treatment itself. Thank you John Dawson
