The Brown Bear is a hidden gem. Who would think that above a chemist shop you could find a tea/coffee shop that not only provides a home made cakes but hot food as well. I would highly recommend the potato & leek soup accompanied with a sandwich, guaranted to subdue any hunger pains.
lovely place. very clean lots of nice food and yummy drinks plus lots of yummy stuff and nice pressies to buy.
Very nice friendly staff. Refreshments nice too. Only drawback is the steep stairs up to the cafe. Struggled a little.
Bright and airy, loads of room. Varied menu and a range of prices. Downside: up a flight of steps above a pharmacy. Recommended.
