Very friendly lady who served me. Helped with my phone app to get the loyalty points... Also gave me a bag for the sweetener and stirrer... This may seem a little thing, but it means I don't have bits of sweetener wrapper and dirty stirrers messing up my car. Thank you Costa, your attention to detail is really appreciated.
This costa always makes great drinks and has very friendly service. While waiting a woman came in with a cup she had just purchased where she found a defect, and they immediately gave her a replacement with many apologies. This gives me confidence in buying from their merchandice in the future. Also, this year the black forest hot chocolate is the best it's ever been! I'm addicted!

Nice Hot Chocolate with cream, marshmallows & a flake and a chocolate caramel & hazelnut cookie...delicious quick service and polite staff and normally I'm not a fan of Costa Coffee but the one in Heanor is great !
