I've been scared of going to the dentist for years, but after a trip to Derwent Street Dental Practice I now have no reason to be, the welcoming nature of reception staff initially put me at ease then the dentist himself was brilliant, explaining the process of what was going on and what it mean. I honestly had a fantastic experience from the whole team on site so thank you so you.
Just had treatment during Covid. As always this practice is friendly, efficient and professional. With concerns during this time I felt very safe and comfortable.

For 30 years my wife and I, and subsequently our three children have been brilliantly cared for by Dr O'Brien (he started young!!)and his team. Firstly, and most importantly, great clinical care, but provided in a friendly reassuring courteous and efficient professional manner by the whole of the team. My two recent urgent contacts during this strange Covid time has demonstrated the skills of the admin team in taking my history carefully over the phone, and arranging for prompt assessment in a Covid safe environment. I consider myself lucky to be a patient at such a thoroughly professional setup.
