Excellent customer service. Purchased a Tissot watch back in June. When the strap prematurely failed, Miles from the Lancaster branch went above and beyond to get it fixed, bypassing the usual Tissot service procedure which would have taken weeks, and quickly getting it couriered back to me despite the challenges of lockdown. Thank you.

banks lyon are a truly fantastic jeweller. i purchased a rolex explorer 2 from them. fully complete much better then i could have ever imagined. not pushy very patient understanding and helpful. one of the most pleasant purchases i have ever had the pleasure of doing. i will never ever buy a watch anywhere else in my life thank you so much alexander regards luciano
