Rented a van cost of 132£ to pick it up charged a 200 deposit which was refunded just received my bank statement and actually they took 261.99 and refunded 200.... What was the 61.99 for and why wasn't I informed of this on the day of picking the van up, after already been charged 132 for the rental... Pretty disgusted as no mention of the 61.99 had I not looked at my bank statement if not even known!!! So be careful when renting anything from enterprise!!! 🤬
Been renting cars from Enterprise at Chesterfield for about five months now and never had a single problem with them. The cars are always as new, clean and in excellent condition . Even when I’ve gave them no notice they always have a car available for me at a good rate. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them. 10/10
