WARNING: Don't park on area across from train station that's unmarked. At night it is misleading. You will damage your car as it dips very deep from road and may get stuck...Unless you have a 4x4 👍
Never thought I'd review a car park but this one has a food stop, shop and bakery which was very friendly and accommodating. Station had heated passenger lounge too which was amazing as I was 2 hours early for my train...
The buildings have a lot of character and there is a modern comfortable waiting area. Only reason for low rating is it just does not enough short stay spaces for this busy station.
Nice little picturess station up in the lakes, it's run by bit on staff who are always happy to help weather it be on to the train or with directions. Toilets are always blocked but always kept clean and tidy. Well done
Oxenholme station is just basic easy to use station.
