Fantastic service always helpful and I really appreciate all their advice and support during this current situation the staff have worked so hard all throughout the pandemic. I am now 32 weeks pregnant and they have always been there if I have needed advice and made up my prescription if needed urgently! Gill always brightens your day even if she is having a tough day she still battles threw it and always greats you with a smile! You guys are all a credit to Rowlands pharmacy for working so hard!

Awful pharmacy. They refused to sell me medication which is normally available over the counter and in supermarkets. I had instructions to buy it from my doctor and NHS website states it is safe for pregnant women but as the pharmacist thought it was the wrong type of medicine she refused. Makes no sense whatsoever. Waste of time going out of my way for this pharmacy - I’ll stop at a supermarket instead.

Having been advised that it would take a week to fulfill a prescription and it would be delivered a week on Tuesday it never turned up. We visited the chemist at 1.30 on Friday to be advised the pharmacist was going for lunch and we would have to wait 30 minutes. Returned after 30 minutes to be told they were sorting it 1 hour and 40 minutes later we left without the drugs my nana desperately needed. There was also another 2 prescriptions which we ended up taking elsewhere as they couldn't fill them. During the 1 hour and 40 minutes several people left after waiting too long, several left that came to collect prescriptions that weren't ready and several left as they didn't have the items needed. Communication defiantly amiss will not be using again.
