Absolutely violated this company tried ripping me off. They noticed I was a vulnerable person on the telephone I bought an engine at 4 o'clock on Thursday by 10 o'clock on the Friday morning I cancelled my order but they were adamant that they would only give me a quarter of mine £4,000 back it has taken me 2 months to get my money back the woman who works in the accounts really wanted to give my money back but her bully bosses take away her dignity and honesty just for their own delight it seems that they don't like it I cancelled my order I will be going to other websites to give much more details on this I have recordings from this company ok I apologize I haven't got recordings from my original order telephone but I certainly have recordings of them telling me to go away and I will never get my money back this company is vile and prayers on the Venerable I guess you would call them con artists
