Our Hotpoint washer failed yesterday morning, it was 6years old, so decided on a new one. Spent 5hrs on internet / phone, all usual channels, no luck !!! Last ditch call to Wood Bros, approximately 2-55pm, yes they had one in store, drove over, collected, returned home, by 4-45 new washer installed and doing first load. Very helpful people, excellent service, 10/10, will certainly recommend them. Their price was less than on line, by the time you added delivery and other add ons, they were £50 -00 less. Another important factor is that they are a LOCAL BUSINESS.

Could not be more helpful. Old age pensioners needing new tv asap one in shop but stuart explained not suitable because I asked for a tv that was really easy to use.telephoned to tell us they had a delivery on the Saturday was delivered on Monday and set up ready to go .excepted a cheque no problem. Would highly recommend.

I have had dealings with the owners wife for years, a nice straight honest lady. What you see is what you get, always a pleasure to deal with.
