I recently used Waterhouse Estate Agents to sell my property and relocate. Ben and Sarah were thoughtful, proactive and professional throughout. Having had to deal with 2 other agents with our matters (we sold another house and had a purchase) Waterhouse stood out from the others at every stage. Ben’s knowledge and experience with the aftersale activities before exchange was invaluable. This is what really helps when dealing with house moving, especially in the current climate and when trying to progress at speed. Well done Team Waterhouse!

After looking at several houses on the market with different agents, my daughter bought a house through Waterhouse Estate Agents who were extremely helpful and efficient throughout the process. I accompanied her to some of the viewings and Waterhouse were by far the best when it came to asking questions about the property. Some of the viewing assistants with other agents were hopeless. A simple question about the property would be met with a "oh I don't know, I'm just the viewing assistant, you'll have to contact the office". Others just stood around like a spare part and did nothing to encourage a sale. Not so with Waterhouse. Anybody who uses them will not be disappointed.
