We recently sold a property through Milne Moser. From the initial meeting through to completion all I can say is that we had full confidence and support from the Milnthorpe office. As we live away from the area Milne Moser were happy to take full management and viewings. We had regular updates and feedback regarding the property and their friendly service felt like included in the process. On completion of the sale they even supplied the meter readings which meant a 520 mile round trip was avoided. If you need local knowledge and support when selling your property Milne Moser is the one.

We had confidence in Milne Moser from the start. Their first visit to our home was friendly, helpful and informative, care was taken to ensure the photos of our property were realistic and truthful. The on-going support and friendliness of the office staff and the gentleman who took the viewings for us was excellent - we were kept fully informed at all times during the process. We utilised the full service from Milne Moser and found their solicitor be very approachable and friendly, she helpfully and patiently answered our many questions! Our property sold very quickly, the process was smooth and stress free. The suggested asking price was realistic for the area, which we think helped our sale. Other local agents suggested either substantially more (unrealistic) or indeed substantially less. Two actually suggested some £23K less than the price achieved, (no wonder they boasted about their sales figures)! We would recommend Milne Moser without hesitation, as they were very professional, helpful and friendly in achieving a speedy stress-free sale for us.

I had a very good experience selling my home through Milne Moser. Helen, Lisa and all the team were helpful on all aspects. I particularly liked the way they kept in close contact on a regular basis with updates. Good to hear they now have a branch open in Carnforth.
