This company is unprofessional and misleading. The MD insinuates one thing and then fails to communicate at all. I will never deal with it again and would advise any buyer to contact a seller directly and not to trust this agent - whatever he may say.

Really bad company to deal with, avoid! We paid Peill several thousand pounds in advance for a survey and evaluation on a commercial property. We had repeatedly to chase them over the course of a year to complete what should have taken a few weeks. Even when it arrived the report was very flimsy. Our initial complaints produced a brief flurry of concerned promises from the MD which were soon forgotten, and they returned to their usual inefficiency.

First impressions are quite good, but things soon start to go down hill. Only half completed what they agreed to do. If you are a small business I would suggest finding another company. I lost count of the number of emails and phone calls I sent them whilst trying to move things forward.

The MD of this agency Simon Ward finds it impossible to return calls and emails. You’d have more luck getting a hold of Osama Bin Laden. To top this off one of his female employees was so full of self importance and snotty when I chased Simon. Im sure Simon won’t even see this review as he always seams to be so so busy. However just in case you do then would you mind awfully calling me back so at least I can express what a total useless Pratt you must be. The only saving grace for this shambles of an agency was a lady named Sharon who was lovely on the phone. Sharon you can do better then Simon ‘Pratt’ ward. Regards. Another happy customer.
