Excellent experience today, ordered online the day before, collecting was straight forward and the staff were efficient and friendly.

ordered a Portal mini 8 on 26th November, waited over a week and went to collect only to be told it was cancelled due to NO stock. They did not tell me it was out of stock when I ordered it and paid for it!!!!!! and did not tell me it had been cancelled before going to the store to collect it. this is very, very poor service

I found the staff to be rude and the manager was just as bad. Please avoid.

Staff aren't as friendly as they could be but suppose they are still under pressure. Love their products though!

Absolutely shocking. They refuse to answer the phone. I got given only half my order yesterday, 9 pieces of wood out of 27 for a picnic bench. They said its classed as faulty goods even though they have the other pack and I have to wait til after covid 19 for my £100 back. I've got 9 pieces of random wood for £100 and all down to their staffs stupidity
