Just visited this store to return something I purchased before November lockdown. The normal 28 days’ return date landed during the store’s closure so I was surprised to be told I couldn’t get a refund as I was too late. I thought it was a little odd that a big company like H&M would not be making allowances for the pandemic and extending their returns policy. I contacted customer services who told me that I should have been entitled to a refund as ‘we have extended our returns policy in store; customers can return purchases from 28 days once the local restrictions are eased.’ Now I have to make an additional 30 mile round trip to return these items when everyone is trying to reduce unnecessary travel. It’s poor that staff are not aware of the current return policies.

Descent kids clothes, reasonable priced and in fashion. Better than Primark. Online orders are really good
