Superb day novice climbing arranged at very short notice.
Following a personal injury which meant I couldn't attend a course i'd booked with Climb 365 they wouldn't help/allow me to move my booking or allow me to defer to a later date. I even suggested a potential reduced rate for a later booking which they weren't happy to agree to. I explained the seriousness of the injury but was told they couldn't help and refused to refund the money or allow me to book another time once i'd recovered. Extremely disappointing as i would have loved to attend at some point, even if it was in a few months time!
Spent the day with Stu learning some self rescue techniques. Great guy and obviously knows his stuff, didn’t try cramming too much into one day either which was good. He’s also particularly good at finding crag swag 😂
Great afternoon of climbing and found a good crag which was protected from the weather. We went as a group of 5 and were quickly taught how to belay and there were a good selection of climbs for our varying range of ability.
Overall it was fantastic and we'd definitely book again in the future.
I had a great time doing my ML Assessment with Stuart and some of his team. I highly recommend others to book through Climb 365. The assessment was a fun, enjoyable experience and I feel I learnt a lot through the entire process.
