Today I attended my emergency appointment at Brimington Dental Practice. Being petrified of going to a dentist was an understatement. However, from the moment I entered the premises, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very empathetic and booked me in. My nerves soon calmed down. The dentist and her assistant were lovely!! They both reassured me and talked me through the whole process of the treatment I was about to have. They even spoke to me during the treatment too. I literally got myself all worked up over nothing! Listening to the Dentist sing whilst she was working was quite entertaining and she definitely distracted me from my anxiety. I will definitely be attending my next appointment. I am sure that I wont find attending my next appointment so daunting. Keep up the good work you guys.... and thank you for today.
