Ever since I've joined this dentist they have gone it of their to treat me even on short notice. Linda the receptionist is amazing, she always puts me at ease and talks to my young daughter so she's not scared. Makes the visits so much better. Lauren the dental nurse is great she knows her stuff and always makes the trips more enjoyable, even when having a root canal. Sydah is the best dentist I've ever been to! Always checks I'm okay when having work done! Happy that the rest of my family have joined the practice !
Recently had a lot of treatment here. I felt very nervous but all the staff were wonderful. The receptionists are always friendly and chatty. The dental nurses always put me at ease and the dentist has a lovely manner and has done an excellent job on my teeth. Thank you all so much for providing an excellent service! 😁
I have a massive phobia of dentists due to bad experiences, I recently joined one not to far away from here ,I went once for X-rays and felt like a animal and I made excuse after excuse not to go back, I have been to Staveley dental care today and was told I had to have a tooth removed as I could not stand the pain anymore, I was completely bricking it at the thought of it being removed, I now stand in my house with no after pain whatsoever and the dentist who delt with me fully assured me everything would be fine and hand on heart he was right , absolutely brilliant and couldn’t thank him more for the painless experience of having my tooth removed, I thank you again you really did make me feel calm and comfortable, highly recommend if you have a phobia like myself . Massive thank you ❤️
