We used JC Lawyers for our sale and purchase. The sale went through without any problems at all and JC Lawyers were great. Unfortunately the purchase of our next house was not so smooth but that is where JC Lawyers and Jo Clay proved their weight in gold. We had huge issues with really awkward sellers, changing their solicitors just before exchange, and generally being incredibly disruptive and problematic. Jo was absolutely amazing and got us through it, but most importantly, got the sale over the line. Thank you so much Jo. We dread to think how this would have gone without you.
