Outstanding service - quick, very competent and with a local pick-up and delivery service. I was particularly impressed by the email updates that told me exactly where they were up to in their investigations and repairs. As well as having a dead power supply, I needed to replace a hard drive and took the opportunity to upgrade to an SSD. There was no sales pressure - just sensible and knowledgeable advice; if anything, I was encouraged not to spend more than I needed to. All this with a pleasant, 'can do' attitude and no dramas. A great company to deal with.

Very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and friendly staff. I won't trust or use anyone else.

Thought I needed more RAM but they talked me out of it, showing what my real problem was. Could have just sold it to me then shrugged when didn't fix my problem. Very refreshing to deal with people you can trust. Recommended.
