The response was quick, he knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it. He was punctual, neat, and the charges were reasonable. I will definitely be using them for all my appliance repairs.
Our tumble dryer tripped our circuit breakers. Called Bartons and they identified the problem very quickly. A replacement part was ordered and fitted next day, at a very reasonable cost. The Engineer was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. They will be my first point of call in future for appliance repairs and I can't recommend them too highly.
Excellent service , rang Barton's they advised me of the problem with my fridge, gave me a very reasonable price for supply of part & repair, they kept in touch & within a day of the new part coming they had fixed my fridge.

After I initially ordered the wrong set of replacement hinges for my integrated freezer door, Bartyspares helpfully arranged an exchange for the the correct parts. The hinges arrived quickly and fitted perfectly. Fantastic customer service. Now have an operational freezer and a very happy wife.
