Incredible service. They're knowledgeable, only to happy to help no matter the question. Understand the products and able to give advice. Don't push the expensive brands on you just because which makes them super credible in my opinion. First purchase arrived today, boxed and packed with care and arrived in tip top shape. Will absolutely use them again! Check them out and don't be afraid to ask questions, their service speaks for itself.

I stumbled across this site trying to find a mod I really liked but couldn’t find easily on other sites. The price was great so I ordered 2 of them. What I then found by browsing the site is the large range of products especially aspire tanks which i use all the time, I don’t like other brands. To my surprise and delight my order came in just a couple of days! I was so impressed. So this is my new favourite site to get my next new aspire tank and coils and it’s really lovely to see it’s a small business yet they offer such great service. Wish I lived locally as they do some great local services. I’ve often ordered from high street or other website brands but not ever found a site that offers this range that I prefer and the excellent delivery on top. I think this is my one stop now for tanks and mods and coils etc and to know the service is excellent like this gives much comfort knowing you are in safe hands. Wish I had found this site years ago!

I was searching for a ecig to suit my needs, I found the store on Facebook and left a message asking for help, i was then given information I never knew about ecigs that helped me understand what I was looking for, I was then given recommendations of products to suit what I was looking for which was fantastic, I ordered online and used click and collect, I was given my product through a system that is perfect for covid guidelines, I have the product running and it is perfect, so thank you to all staff who helped and listened to help make my purchase and thank you for keeping covid safe

Brilliant store. The staff know exactly what they're doing and make sure the customer is the top priority. Can't say that for some other vape shops I've frequented over the years

First time I have used you and I will return. Great service, stocked exactly what I was after, used the click and collect service and picked up 20 mins later. I purchased the Voopoo Drag X and Efest battery. Really really happy with it. Good selection of branded NicSalts. Can't say no more really. Just a good system of ordering in these pandemic days. One day someone will look back at this review in the year 2067 as part of their history lessons studying the year 2020 and they will know we didn't have it so bad...some shops just evolved and picked up new customers. Cheers guys
