I prepared a surprise for my sister and ordered a nice flower bouquet, a delicate champagne and a balloon. There is a decent choice of products available, too bad they are not serious on commiting to what has been ordered and seriously lacking communication skills. I was charged about £70 as agreed, however only the £17 champagne and the balloon made it to my sister. Both my sister and I put some serious effort to contact the shop by phone, email, to understand what happened, yet no answer. Very disappointed in the service provided. I would not recommend the shop.

Our daughter in USA sent us flowers via Lily Blossom, and they are stunning. Every single bud has opened out, and the whole bunch lasted 10days, after which we have selected a few of the stems which are lasting longer and made a new smaller display. Two presentations for the price of one. When it is tempting for florists to provide the stems nearing the end of their shelf life for postal deliveries, this company have given us the best for the long term.

Roxanne and the team at Lily Blossom were fantastic when arranging our wedding flowers. She was so patient with me when I changed my mind twice and kept adding things as well! It was so nice to work with somebody so passionate who has lots of advice and ideas to give you. I would definitely recommend using Lily Blossom.

Lily Blossom is like a little oasis in the village of Marsden. The shop is both classy and quirky with a beautiful and varied selection of flowers, plants and bouquets. The staff Roxanne and Pete are friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping customers with all their floral needs.
