Lovely family day out, but not sure why they had to close the shops for lunch when there only open for 6 hrs because then it causes long queues and not great in the current situation!!!

We had love day at the tram museum but it was a little tainted by a very aggressive self important little man who was the conductor on one of the trams, we were on the tram with children and one of them pushed a small button that wasn't labelled in any way to identify what it was , the angry gentleman in question came running up the stairs shouting and trying his hardest to belittle the group of us over the button pressing Incident stating that the tram could have made a dangerous emergency stop as a result of the button being pressed ,i think in reality it just rang a small bell downstairs but never the less I think the button should be labelled, as children are curious and this particular member of staff seemed to be very passionate about the little button

Lovely place to visit, great for the grandchildren. From the enjoyable tram rides to the woodland walk and the out door play area and indoor play area too for not so good weather days. With free entry for 12 months when buying a ticket it's great value. We find ourselves visiting quite often. The children's faces light up when we say we can go. It's great for picnics or get something to eat there.

So much to do and see. You can ride an old fashioned tram. Learn the history of trams, and where the trams travel to in each county. Old styles sweet shop with a variety if choices. Nice gift shop. Park great for kids of all ages, woodland trail with wood sculptures leading to an activity area. In the area you can place snakes and ladders, naughty and crosses, go in a maze and play with so many other things! Completely reccomend for all the family!

Very enjoyable day out. Some restrictions due to Corona virus but they didn't spoil the day. Great fun riding the trams, excellent indoor displays and some interesting buildings that have been relocated here, the pub pictured being a particularly fine example. Well worth a look, and good value too as your ticket allows return trips for a year. Highly recommended!
